Nicola started her Glennon journey in 2001 as an Office Administrator. Since then she has performed a wide variety of roles within the Personal Lines Division, before joining the Claims & Administration department where she was promoted to a Team Leader in 2015 and then became the manager of this section three years later.
Within this role, Nicola and her team strive to provide our customers with the highest level of customer service, from ensuring that our documentation is delivered in a timely manner, to providing a fast, efficient and friendly claims management service when our clients need us most.
Nicola holds a Professional Diploma in Insurance from the Insurance Institute of Ireland.
